Amy is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) in New York State. She has extensive training and experience in treating patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan, working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. Amy McElrath has a commitment to individualized, personalized, and comprehensive care for all patients.

She brings a philosophy of holistic care for both mind and body to each appointment. She will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for psychiatric disorders by combining psychotherapy and medication management.
