Our company accepts a wide range of insurance plans, including CDPHP, Cigna, Beacon Health Options, Blue Cross BlueShield, Empire, Fidelis, High Mark (BlueCross/BlueShield of NE/NY), Medicare, Managed Medicaid, and MVP. Please contact our office for more information about insurance coverage.
We offer a range of mental health services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.

No, a referral is not required to receive services at Albany Behavioral Health LLC. However, some insurance plans may require a referral from your primary care physician.
During your first appointment, you will meet with a healthcare provider who will conduct an initial evaluation to gather information about your mental health and determine the best course of treatment for your needs. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss any concerns you may have.
Please bring your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records to your appointment. You may also want to bring a notebook and pen to take notes during your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our office as soon as possible so we can accommodate your needs and offer the appointment time to another patient.
If you have an urgent mental health concern outside of our regular business hours, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room for immediate assistance.
