Our Mission
In keeping with our commitment to promoting physical and emotional wellness, as well as continuous growth of the human spirit throughout the community, we provide services for the community and HR professionals, flexible appointments, and accept a number of major insurances.
For the Community
Professional, confidential and reliable care to anyone struggling with mental health and/or gender-related issues, physical or emotional abuse, grief, loss, alcohol and drug dependence and other addictions.
For HR Professionals
We provide trainings and workshops that are designed to support professional development, continuing education and corporate compliance in the human services profession.
Flexible Appointment Scheduling
Our normal hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am-5:00 pm, and Friday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Evening and weekend appointments can be arranged to accommodate clients unavailable during regular business hours.
Major Insurances Accepted
We participate in a number of major health insurance plans including CDPHP, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Northeastern New York, the Empire Plan, and various HMOs. We also offer a sliding fee scale to meet the needs of uninsured or underinsured members of the community.
